BARB ROADHOUSE BRESNAHAN
Barb Roadhouse Bresnahan is President of Roadhouse Bresnahan Consulting Inc.. She has over 25 years of experience leading change in organizations, including 10 years as an internal change agent and 15 years with IBM Global Business Services. While at IBM, Barb was national practice leader of the Talent and Change Practice, comprised of up to 60 practitioners.   Barb has worked with clients across North America in defining solutions to successfully address the people side of business transformations. She has directed several significant transformation projects that involved developing innovative business models and organization designs, designing and executing change management and learning programs. She has worked with many companies and government departments undergoing integration, mergers, developing shared services, conducting cost reductions and developing innovative HR, Finance and IT solutions.Â
Barb has been a trusted advisor to client organizations of all sizes to design, implement and optimize a range of ERP solutions (including Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Peoplesoft, Netsuite, etc.) and service delivery models to achieve operational efficiencies and benefits realization in operational programs.  Barb has excellent leadership skills and is renowned for building effective teams. She has demonstrated the ability to both guide and advise executives on game changing business transformation programs.
She has a Masters degree in Social Administration and Policy and was one of the first 100 people to receive the Certified Change Management Professional credential from the global Association of Change Management Professionals.
